This pasta dish features al dente fusilli coated in a velvety Alfredo sauce, bursting with flavors from garlic, parmesan cheese, and tender chicken. It’s a rich and satisfying meal that pairs beautifully with garlic bread or a fresh salad.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fusilli pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
